Fast Weekend

This this last weekend I rode up to to Buffalo Wy with my sister Emily and Cody. We went up for Matt's oldest girls to see her get baptized. I think it has been over a years since the last time I went up there. So as we were driving to Buffalo I realized I was not wearing my church shoes and I didn't pack them either. So Saturday morning I got dressed up in my nice church dress and I had to wear my Adidas to the store to get black dress shoes. I felt really silly but I got a fun pair.
The baptism was good and it reminded me of the ones that I was able to see while I was in California serving there. I loved the way you feel when you are able to feel of the Spirit like that you remind us all of how important it is to enter into the waters of baptism. I love it!!
The weekend went by too fast for me. I got home and Jesse left this morning for work and will be goes for days. I feel like I am single again. CRAZY!! I guess that is how life is-No worries.

Emily's house!!

Emily and I went up to the houses to see how far they were. We talked a long time up there. We are both getting really excited to have a house we can make a home for us.

Quilts

This is what is had sewed into Boyd and Sherri's Christmas blanket. I sowed every ones name that is in the family now in it. It think it turned out really good.

This is the blanket that I ended up hand quilting for my Mom for Christmas. I loved how it turned out. I would have loved keeping it for myself but Mom loved it.
